Depends on what you're trying to achieve. If you want to have a lot of energy, cardio is the way to go. If you want to build muscles, obviously you can train with weights.

yes yoga is great for flexibility but a good bit of cardio is very inmprtant as well.

If you don't have lot of time to exercise then go for tabata. It only takes 4-5 minutes and really makes difference.

Yoga is just one part of a good fitness routine. You want to also incorporate cardiovascular exercise - such as walking or jogging - and strength training exercises.
