Walk every day for about 30 to 45 minutes and eat less that's it. You will get results in a couple of months for sure.

Exercise is one of the best thing to loss weight. You will not get any side effect of it. If you do only 1 hour exercise regularly then you can loss your weight.

I think Yoga is better Exercise for weight loss. It provides good benefit on weight. You should do it every morning.
