Google�s Panda Updates are designed to penalize sites with weak content and to reward sites with quality content.

No one can predict when the next update will come. It depends on Google and their team to refrain search results whenever they feel that spammers are benefiting through the loopholes in their algorithms. Well, Google team works consistently to keep the spammers away and provide the users with the authentic results only.
