I have tried ezine articles and articlebase in past and they are good in order to get qulaity backlinks. Ezine has also made its guidelines tough to encourage quality.

Article submission would be helpful for getting increase your website traffic. As here says that Ezine article would be best website for getting more visitor to your website by submitting a well known articles with systematic. It will create a good quality of backlink and increases your keyword ranking up over the search engine website.

Instead of searching for a big article submission list, its better you concentrate with only high PR sites such as wordpress, blogspot, Tumbr, etc

Ezine and go articles. Make sure you have fresh and unique content though, articles 'ain't' what they used to be.
