I read and also know that submitting article in many sites is useful to improve the ranking of site. But if I submit one article in one day in around 25 sites and second day submitted the same article in another 25 sites. Is it OK or is this have any problem for search engine or article submission sites?

too many then it can be considered as spam especially if all the links pointing to one site.

yes Amby It is not good for Panda because Panda do not like spamming content if you use same content so Panda has Penalize your website and you would not get good ranking.
