My opinion is that articles can be more effective. There a lot of sites where you can submit your story,assumption is that you have interesting content.

Blogging can be done by posting same stuff on many blogs but article submission can't be done in this way, you can submit one article at one site just.
More over article submission have much effect for generating traffic as compared to blogging. |
