when you build attribute rel = "nofollow" google spider will understand this is what he announced his web hosting should not care about it, only for the amount of traffic it alone

Nofollow is an anchor tag attribute which notifies to Google for not following a link. For example:

<a href="http://www.abc.com" rel="nofollow">your keyword</a>

Now Google will not count this link for ranking. By default, all the links are followed in nature.

No follow links are links that not crawled by the google bots, they are only helpful in getting traffic to your site but not helpful in ranking.
