A No follow is an HTML attribute which is used in order to instruct the search engines that the hyperlink should not influence the ranking of the linked page.
Syntax for no follow in website:
<a href=”http://www.google.com/” rel=”nofollow”>Google</a>

Nofollow is waste links, It wont have backlinks count. Nofollow links won't follow for ranking process.

Nofollow links attributes do not allow search engine bots to follow link.That means if the website owner is linking back to you with Nofollow attributes, it does not pass on link juice.
