I would not do this......it is not beneficial anymore. They are both things of the past. The only directories you should be submitting to are niche, in your niche. General directories are a waste and not good for SEO. If you do submit to directories , please make sure they are indexed in the search engines, as that shows they are not flagged and blacklisted.
