Bounce rate is directly related with visitors' interest in your services or anything that you are offering to them. If your website's content or services are matching with visitors' requirements then they will stay for long time on your website. You should offer that your visitors' like or would like. It will help you to decrease bounce rate.

Give users what they want in spicy manner. It is the only way you can bound the user and decrease the bounce rate. If you own e-commerce website, display a special scheme everyday on each page, which can pull up users to go on that page and your bounce rate will decrease for sure. Keep in mind, a user considered bounced if he landed on one page and quit website without moving to other page. It has nothing to do with time spent on your website. So if your avg. time duration is good you have nothing to worry. Second thing bounce rate is not a factor in ranking algorithm.

Think as a user point of view instead of promoting your services.
Improve these things in your website :

Attractive Website Design
Good Content
Reduce Website Load Time

Relevancy,
Bounce really means that if the person came through organic search and bounced back immediately. It means that the search result was irrelevant
Clear design
Webiste loading time etc.

These are some of the important factors.

Bounce Rate is a key performance indicator that is often misunderstood and taken out of context...
