There is no limitation for title and description tag, but if want to make your website seo friendly and also wants to derive more traffic then title and descriptions limitation matters ie that your title should be of 60 to 70 characters and description should be of 160 characters including white spaces.

If you are going to promote your website over search engine then you need to add keywords on title around 60 charterers and for description 160 characters.

There is no impediment for title and depiction tag, yet in the event that need to make your site seo agreeable furthermore needs to determine more activity then title and portrayals constraint matters ie that your title ought to be of 60 to 70 characters and depiction ought to be of 160 characters including white spaces.

You can use only 65 characters in title tag.

Title should be in 60 words and description should be 120 to 160.
