There are no limitation. But it should be unique and related to your content as well.

There are no limitation as such, but it is always good to be short, descriptive and unique. Search engines will show upto 156 characters of your description on their search results page and 69 characters of your title. So it is better to described about the site in these limits.

I would think that short, clever titles and descriptions are best. Clearly defining your company and drawing the customer in with attractive descriptions.

Title should be less than 70 words and description should be less than 156 words.

It should not exceed 72 letters if not google may consider it as spam or keyword stuffing.
