301 is permanent re direct
301 redirect is a way of redirecting one url to another with the message that the whole url has moved. When you do a 301 redirect it tells google that the URL has permanently moves. I am writing a article today about the difference between 301 and 302 redirects and how it effects seo on my seo blog at mindmysearch so it will be wise to check it after 24 hours thanks
