301 redirect - the right way
Hello
I just bought a new domain and I'd like to transfer all my SEO efforts/PR to the new domain I did the 301 redirect using the code below in the root directory of my old domain: ============== RewriteEngine on RewriteRule ^(.*)$ NEW-URL.html [R=301,NC,L] ================ Please advise if this is the best way to do redirect to the new domain with PR and link juice Also, is it better to redirect to the new root domain or inner page? Thank you all |

301 Redirect
301 redirect usually transfer 99% of the SEO to your new page so I don't think there is any risk to redirect your page.
