Video sitemap for only videos. If your site contain to many videos, them it is useful. You can also promote videos and get more traffic.

There are many reasons why you will want to add a video sitemap.
1. It makes it clear to Google what your content is. 2. You have the opportunity to provide a range of details through the schema. 3. Additional presence on video.google.com search.
