I think that you should advertise of your website via classified websites and offline marketing you will definitely get more traffic..

Absolutely Social networking sites increase website traffic a lot, you will also get good traffic through Social Bookmarking sites like Reddit and StumbleUpon, forum and QnA sites.

- do keyword research
- write high-quality content on niche topics
- update your site on a regular basis
- write articles on sites like hubpages, squidoo, ezinearticles, etc, and link back to your site
- email marketing could also be helpful
- You can also buy traffic from sites like SEOclerks, listingdock etc.
