Give users what they want in spicy manner. It is the only way you can bound the user and decrease the bounce rate. If you own e-commerce website, display a special scheme everyday on each page, which can pull up users to go on that page and your bounce rate will decrease for sure. Keep in mind, a user considered bounced if he landed on one page and quit website without moving to other page. It has nothing to do with time spent on your website. So if your avg. time duration is good you have nothing to worry. Second thing bounce rate is not a factor in ranking algorithm.
