For people who are having less than 6 hours of sleep, change your schedule and increase the hours of sleep. It should be minimum 6 hours for healthy living.

+1 For some reason these days people think sleeping is a waste of time. But we all need at least 6-7 hrs a day for our brains to function properly. So get off youtube and go to sleep!! haha
