Hello Guys,
The Google Sandbox is an alleged filter placed on new websites. The result is that a site does not receive good rankings for its most important keywords and keyword phrases. Even with good content, abundant incoming links and strong Google PageRank, a site is still adversely affected by the Sandbox effect.

Google Sandbox is a Google algorithm which keeps tracks of the methods that we are trying to build backlinks for our blogs. Google Sandbox tracks the IP address of our computer and will notice how much and how frequently we are building a backlinks for our blog.

It means that if we making or generating much more backlinks from a single IP then it means that Google can send our blog in sandbox?

Sandbox is when the website is put on hold by search engine to prove its worthy to be ranked high or to appear on search engine results. Google uses this as a way to discourage some webmasters who makes websites purposely to get back links from them or when a webmaster apply the forbidden techniques in order to rank high.
Generally its a form of punishment which Google posses to unworthy websites.

Sandbox is about your website loosing ranking 'still indexed' in SERp's .When a low Quality website comes on cheap work then Google found it a spam work and take it aside in Google Sandbox .A proper and Quality work and after Period of time Website comes from Sandbox .

The Google Sandbox Effect is a theory used to explain why newly-registered domains or domains with frequent ownership changes rank poorly in Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS). In other words new websites are put into a “sandbox” or a holding area and have their search ratings on hold until they can prove worthy of ranking.

Google sand box check that weather a website is under DMCA act or not so that google adsense could be applicable on it.
