The Google Sandbox is an alleged filter placed on new websites. The result is that a site does not receive good rankings for its most important keywords and keyword phrases. Even with good content, abundant incoming links and strong Google PageRank, a site is still adversely affected by the Sandbox effect.

It means that if we making or generating much more backlinks from a single IP then it means that Google can send our blog in sandbox?

Google uses this as a way to discourage some webmasters who makes websites purposely to get back links from them or when a webmaster apply the forbidden techniques in order to rank high.
