The PT or the page title is the additional superior area for a reason which the content of the <title> tag which usually gets shown in the maximum of search engines.

You can put your keyword in your title but don't do keyword stuffing with your page title. And keep in mind that your keyword density should be 1-2% for your page title.

Using your keuwords in the title tag is very important.
Do not stuff all your keywords in the title tag!

When creating webpages (webdesign), choose a unique title for each webpage and make a readable sentence. Also humans will see your title!
