Hi,

facebook, twitter both are good to increase traffic from there but you will have to work well and give time on social networking websites. You need to keep posting and updates there on your profile to get traffic from there. Also it will help to increase likes and followers too for your pages.

In a short time a ppc campains can give you a good result. I agree with stefljain. If you want a good result you have to spend "quality time" on social network. Good posts and good frequency could give you a really good result.
