Pogo-sticking is defined as going back and forth from a search engine results page (SERP) to an individual search result destination site. In other words, pogo-sticking is when the searcher clicks on a link on a SERP, sees that it's not what she is looking for, and immediately bounces off by hitting the back button.

Pogo sticking and Bounce rate both are different things. When someone searches any keyword (doesn’t matter keywords are displayed on the first page or any other page) and find the domain and click on them who they want to rank up. People click on the page link and keeps a webpage for 30 to 50 second and then left. So bounce rate increases but the website gets organic traffic. It is called POGO sticking.
