To put it simply, a "NoFollow" link (as opposed to the "classic" link, often called "Do Follow") is a useless link for SEO . A NoFollow link does not bring "notoriety" (= "link juice" / ex Page Rank) to the page to which it points, it does not help to optimize its positioning.

Nofollow links attributes do not allow search engine bots to follow link.That means if the website owner is linking back to you with nofollow attributes, it does not pass on link juice

Internal nofollow links are hyper link in Website which crawl by Search Engine. But It never follow and index by Search Engine Spider.
