Google typically displays the first 50–60 characters of a title tag. If you keep your titles under 60 characters, our research suggests that you can expect about 90% of your titles to display properly.

Google generally truncates snippets ~300 characters (this limit increased in December 2017). You want meta descriptions long enough that they're descriptive. We generally recommend writing meta descriptions between 50–300 characters.

70 Characters are the best one for Title tag and 164 Characters are good for Meta Description.

TL;DR. Keep your title length around 60 characters. For your meta description length, keep it around 160 characters.
