Build quality links, check with the errors on website, onpage, content on website and etc. You can also utilize webmaster tools to find such errors on website. Once you clear this, you will see the results.

Well, I think there should be any problem on your website, it may be regarding your on page seo, like coding etc. Check your website on page again.

At Present, Quality is more important than Quantity Dude. So, You need to remove all low quality backlinks firstly.
