I've heard that you need to conduct a site audit and remove low quality content links. What about spam triggers? How do you get a link removed?

I had the same problem and have to started all over again with a new site.

You need more best quality practices after penalty. If not achieve result again than make changes in urls & description & also delete previous links.

That's right. to save the sites from google panda and penguin, you should update unique and quality basis content and backlinks. backlinks should be with good and high PR. it's main important to do on page seo. if your site is violated the rules and regulation of search engine, your keyword ranking will decrease or google penalize for this
