Google Pagerank doesn't mean very much in the real world. Where your site comes on search results for your keywords is much more important in my opinion.

Here's some info though:
Good quality content that matches your site's topic(s) subject(s), and plenty of it. NO black hat techniques or tricks, as they find them all out in the end and you get penalised (or banned).
Good "QUALITY" links from other sites. Not just any old link will count, and really should be from a site/forum/blog with similar/relevant content to yours.

Basically put, a decent well maintained site with plenty of relevant and quality content and new content on a regular basis will get a decent pagerank.

As now if you have quality back link and good rank for your targeted keywords then only possible to get the best result.

so try to get best back link and rank your all targeted keywords in top 10 or 5 then sure you will get the required result.
