Buying through broker is a good idea but they charges very high commission and some brokers are also fake, they cheat the clients.

Broker should have good name i.e he should be trustful enough to negotiate all activities through him.

I think buying a property without a broker will not be easy for a person who is buying first time or generally who do not buy property.
