Just do SEO without any spamming and build quality Backlinks.Content on your site should be fresh/unique.

But Stable position cannot remain forever it may be possible you may loose position because nothing is permanent.

This is very difficult but if you are getting good backlinks then your keyword stability will remain in SERPS.

Build interesting content the readers will like. Solve their problems. Write about what interest them the most. They will link to your site and your rankings will go up. Try using linkbait techniques.

keywords ranking doesn't remain same or stable. but we can't stop the work it needs lots of work without any long break. only links and hard work can provide the good keywords ranking.

You cant stable all keywords in SERPS but yes if you focus on certain Keywords then its possible to maintain the stability. For that you have to link building actvities , Forum activities and more other signature linking activities to increase the ranking of particular keywords.

This is a problem that various webmasters are facing as far as ranking fluctuation is concerned. This can be very frustrating since you don't want your ranking to go down in a low position.
