How much is web hosting?
If you want to use a commercial web host, you will need to factor in the cost of web hosting as well. This is a monthly fee that you have to pay to the web host. Some hosts also offer discounts if you pay a year (or more) in advance. Prices vary from web host to web host but are usually (at the time I wrote this article) around $10 per month if your website is new and doesn't have much traffic or data. As your website gets more traffic, or if you need to put a lot of big files on your website, you may have to upgrade your site to one of the web host's higher-priced plans. Yes i agree with you website hosting plans and price differ from provider to provider.Also website hosting price will differ from plan to plan.If you site is very small site shared hosting is enough.If it consists videos,images with high quality means you can host in VPS or dedicated server.You can host small video sites in semi dedicated server.I would suggest the site 9Cubehosting.com here you can get Linux based hosting plans at low cost.They provide you a very good service and latest hosting plans with 24x7 help desk support.The servers are 99.9% uptime.I have hosted my sites in shared hosting premier plan.The hosting plan starts from $2.63.

there are many options of web hosting, you have to determine which type you need for your web first, before you get to the cost part.
but on average for standard webs it's about 90$ a year or so!
