Google’s new search feature fills your results with Google + pictures and posts from within your sphere/circle. Thus if you were looking for a contractor online and did a Google search, you would find pictures of your friends who have used that contractor or a similar service. It certainly skews the search experience, but it also personalizes it. I personally abhor this development as it waters down your SEO efforts.
