It’s all because of the latest Penguin update by Google which says exact match keywords will not be used anymore. Likewise, search queries will be treated more seriously. so, stoop using exact keyword phrases and focus on varied anchor texts.

This is Google Update. You should do only quality work. Plz don't do spamming.. don't use duplicate content in bookmarking, Directory, forums etc

Your all activity should be relevant site, you have to get quality link. You have to post unique and informative content for your site.

You should look into your keywords and try to update them. Some of them may be becoming less common in your target audience's search queries.

Recently, google has changed many algorithms. google targeted the low quality websites. if your site has low quality content,low quality backlinks and link, your site's ranking will decrease.
