Hi,
I would like to host my personal websites and the target of my audience is Switzerland.
look at these requirements:
12 GB Web Space
100 GB Monthly Traffic
Free Joomla CMS
Having done a search, I found novatrend.ch - how reliable are they?
Where can I read customer hosting reviews about them?
any help will be much appreciated..

Just make sure, whoever you pick, to do your homework. Web hosting is kinda like going on a job interview.. "its all about being at the right place at the right time." just because 50 other people may have bad experiences, doesn't mean you will.

The service is excellent, the speed and reliabillity of the servers is awesome and the price is more than reasonable.
Many people appreciate them for fast speed upload of pages, great uptime.
Novatrend.ch would be pretty good option for you.

Check for offers from citycloud these guys know how to keep everything working.
Reliability is 100% I honestly cannot remember the last downtime my site has had.

I suggest you to compare offers and choose the best one. I know that citynetworkhosting is offering low priced featured hosting and their uptime is high as possible, just give them a try.

The pricing is very good, especially for what you buy for it.
Their servers are very stable.
So far, I haven't experienced any downtime, and the servers are fast.
