hello friend, a sitemap carries all active URL of website that's resides in the root DIR of hosting. It is most convenient methods to represent all active URL to search engines for better indexing. Almost all search top search engines like Goolge, Bing, http://www.oko69.com , Baidu ...... seeks and respect the presence of sitemaps.
