The reason for this character limit is simple. Search engines can only fit 69 characters into search results pages, meaning anything beyond 69 characters won't be shown in search results. Titles which are too long end up getting cut off in search engine results, looking both awkward and unprofessional. More importantly, excess characters in page titles dilute the density of keywords contained in the title. While this length may seem restrictive, it forces SEO writers to focus only on the web page's most critical keywords, improving the title's impact in search engine results. Share your views on this. i think that even titles with more than 10 characters are even impossible. but 69-it is nonsense.never met such.

Even if you write a perfect title (totally relevant and descriptive), Google might change it. They change some of my titles even when they exactly match the search term. Their new titles are nearly always less relevant and less descriptive. They claim that it's done to increase clicks, but for most of my pages it obviously does the opposite.

Title means summery of a subject. I think title must be relevant to the subject.

the algorithm cannot reject the importance of all the previous parameters but it can surely add parameters that were not taken into consideration and change the weights between each parameter.

Yes I am agree with that, the limit of Page Title is 69 character and I would like to ADD one thing more that in the Page Title your targeted keyword must be visible or placed in the title.
For example:
contentwritings.com is your domain
Quality Content Writing Services

Means "Content Writing" is your keyword so try to place your keyword in the page title.
