What is the difference between in Google Panda or Google Penguin?

Yeah Panda deals with the content and penguin deals with backlinks and one more thing that penguin catches is the Exact match of your keywords... your keywords should include variations.....

Penguin targets things like keyword stuffing and over-optimization of anchor tags.
Panda targets poorly made sites and spamming.

Difference between penguin and panda. Panda is used for content duplication or quality of content and penguin checks web spamming. This is the main difference between penguin and panda.

Panda Update was solely targeted against duplicate, spun and otherwise low quality content. Penguin update aims to control all types of webspam (cloaking, unnatural linking, spamming etc) and over-optimization.

Both updates are alive and kicking. They are need to control spam and offer better search results to users.

penguin take care of about backlink and other off page activities and in the other hand panda take care of content updation. and uniqueness of content.
