Google Penguin is the latest update made By Google in month of April 2012.This algorithm effected many sites which are on top ranking.In This update Google focus on Link Building Techniques and penalized only those website which are not follow the rules or by Applying some short tricks for getting fast results.Keyword stuffing,Link Exchange And Clocking are some terms which are coming in Black hat.The main task of this Update is to penalized those website or Blogs which are over optimized.I think this is best step taken by Google to stop the spamming or to make SEO work neat and clean.Now only those website are survive in Google search result which are follow the rules and do their SEO work work with relevency and quality.

Its too long Google has up dated its algorithms now they are busy in updating it further and the sites that have been penalized by Google has come back in rankings so. But i have observed that the sites that are still over optimizing day by days are loosing their rankings gradually. This means Google Panda is still on his work and examining the sites.

A great explanation.I do agree with you.Just it's a good way to follow the Penguin update rather than getting penalized to increase traffic using unfair means.
But One question is there in my mind. We can make our site attractive using Flash but it is not helpful for SEO. So is it bad to use flash if we want to do SEO??

Yes I do agree with , Penguin update is against any black hat technique to follow while doing seo for website.So be careful and follow all ethical rules .Optimize website in making it seo friendly ,easy to target .
