Many SEO expert do link building and they never see do-follow or no-follow links. So i want know that no follow link is good to get ranking?

Yes i think so .As no-follow link makes link building work more natural and The rules say work for natural link building .True Do-follow are counted as vote to your website but have a good combination 'no-follow and do-follow' is necessary .

Even just mentioning your domain is good. I try to get 1 every day.

No follow link is useful for increasing huge traffic but Google never gives backlink for these links.

Does anybody know putting a "nofollow" tag on the link as good as removing the link? I'm sending an email to webmaster that has an inorganic link to our site and I don't want to waste time if the nofollow tag doesn't really help in this sense?

No follow link are not helping in increasing the ranking in search engines.These links are good for traffic purpose.

A BIG NO...No follow links will never help you in ranking. It will help you gain traffic. If you want help in ranking.. go for do follow.
