Hi friends,
Check these points at the time to get link for your website.

1. Link should be related to your website theme
2. Check that link is cached or not so take link only those page which is latest cached.
3. Don�t take link on FFA sites. FFA means Free for all
4. Get link only high pr sites and also should be related
5. Don�t take link on high pr sites, unrelated to your theme
6. Don�t take link on page which has more out bound link, more than 50

All points are good and handy .One should include Quality in their link building process instead just to place a back-link.mentioned tips are good to remember .Don't go to place link on irrelevant sites .Also target only niche related keywords.

Good information to prevent our website against Google Penguin update so we get good results in search engine. And don't remember to update our website regularly to improve ranking in search engine.

No need thousand backlinks from low quality site or nofollow,
Article submission and blog posting are really helpful for backlinks, you can try with quality content for getting backlinks.
