by using webmaster tools you can index side by using the index option.

submit your site to google.
search for submit url put your blog url and complete the verification.then your site will be indexed

There would be many reasons.
1. Have you uploaded sitemap? 2. Have you blocked your site from Google bot through Robots.txt? |

It is possible, few days ago i got a site that also not indexing in google but it indexed in bing and yahoo search engine in under 10 numbers. Then i just do organic work on it and finally my site indexed.
