i think you have mention some good points here. i think from seo point of view every thing should be in a balance way which give it natural looks and everything should be user friendly and unique.

I must agree with some friends above, your site should be easy navigate-able and friendly for SEO. I mean to say your site coding should be clear and conspicuous.
