Using keywords
Hotels are basically all going to use the same keywords in their marketing efforts. How is your site going to out rank them using the same keywords? That has been an on going battle and will remain the same for as long as you own the hotel. Things that you can do to win the battle are two fold when you really get down to it. First is by having a ton of back links that I've talked about before and secondly is by using keyword variations. I'll say this again and probably even more in the future. Links pointing to your site is how you get ranked. Now having linked text will get your keywords pointing toward your site.

The keyword used in title, heading and content in a specified place can get you good ranking to your site. Adding repeated keywords can lead to keyword stuffing which results in low ranking in search results.

When you have keywords in the heading and title, it is good for ranking.
