I will start internal linking for website but I want to clear this thing in my mind so please tell me. Is that google ban the site because of internal linking?

No, they won�t ban you. It is a recommended practice, in fact.

Internal linking helps in fast and complete indexing of web pages. Search engines like this technique because when they index a good internally-linked page, they find different other pages of your website...making it easier for them to rank those pages for keyword searches and to index your website as a whole.

P.S - Make sure internal links to important pages of your website are dofollow for PR sculpting.

Internal links are links that go from one page on a domain to a different page on the same domain. They are commonly used in main navigation.
These type of links are useful for three reasons:

They help establish information hierarchy for the given website.
They help spread link juice (ranking power) around websites.

Internal linking is even good if you done it in right manner. It is important to make sure that your link together is relevant. Google will not penalize your site if you have decent number of internal inks. It is compulsory that you should not cross the limit of internal linking. If you cross the limit it will negatively affect your site.

It is very important for crawlers and viewers both. It allows you to navigate the site in proper manner and helps crawlers to index the pages properly. So it always good to have good internal linking.

No they will not ban you.But you need to do it very intermittently.Internal linking will help you to get your inner pages on higher ranking and also it will help to flow PR through out the website.
