I want to ask that does normal SEO activities enough to get more traffic?
Or i have to do some extra things for it?

May I know which activities you consider as a normal SEO activities?

You can�t categorize SEO as �normal� or �extraordinary�.

Although trends come and die, basic on page(great content, page loading speed, meta tags etc..) and off page techniques (blogging, guest blogging, social networking etc..) remain the same.

You just need to be consistent and practice SEO techniques �more� religiously.

It's not clear what you wanted to describe by "Normal SEO". But I prefer go for forum and blog commenting, social bookmarking and article submission.
