I recommend using the moz tool bar extension. its a very useful tool for checking back links.

Hi You can check your site backlinks with help of google analytics go with search apperiences and then go with link to link after that process you can see your site all backlinks then remove the bad links.

Login to Google Webmasters tools>> Choose your website>> Click on Search Traffic option from the left>> Click on Links to Your Site option. Alternatively you can also try seoprofiler.
