Although this may not be the only criteria that Google put on page content for getting high rankings, it surely is one factor to look into. Search engines usually have a formula of identifying websites with good and quality contents and effectively reward them with the top spots in the search pages. And if your site is lucky to be in the top five positions in the search results pages, customers can easily find you and will be lucky to get the most traffic from users who search for whatever they need from the interact.

I am agreed. It has happened from the time when Google has updated it panda and all we know that the Google panda is to determine the contents and diversify in between the malicious and quality contents.

It can't just be luck though? There has to be a very specific algorithm that Google Uses to determine this? I mean how does a human being determine if content is good or not? It's a very subjective thing, where as a search engine must have some sort of objecting ranking system.

Ya content has always been the king of a website or blog...Google gives lot of importance to content, that is why content is called "King". Content should be unique, not copied.

Yes the main thing in the website which the google prefer is the content so if the content of your website are blog is good, then google will love it
