Help changing colour - Site Owners Forums

I have a image of a black car and need to change the colour of it but for some reason it wont do it the way i do it with any other colour ie by change the hue.

Why is this and how do i get round it.

Try Adobe Photoshop CS 3 or 5...........it can help a lot.
