Omitting Print Header and Footer - Site Owners Forums

Hi,
I'm making a dynamic address list that can be printed off the web, but am having trouble getting rid of the header (Page x of y) and footer (web address and date).

Please let me know if these are possible to get of and also how I can do if they are.

Set the correct dimension for printing that is A4.
