Hi everybody, I'm not to familiar with what's going on with Google

How can a page get completely knocked off for a keyword phrase, but not if you add a city?

I appreciate any input, thanks!

yes, it's true a page rank totally depends on the keyword. A content relevant keyword Ranks well instead of a descriptive content without the relevant keyword.

Ya its possible!!
The more words you add...the less competitive the search! So adding the city/state makes it more likely that you will show up.

One of the reason is the poor performance of the site page in the web in which related to the targeted keyword.
